Reflections on my Way Home

For some reason, I seem to have the energy for a midweek update.

I have the most incredible group of students on the face of the planet. Its a night and day difference between this week and the last. These kids are so excited to be here, so excited to cheer on the Rec field, and so ready to soak up the message God has for them. They have been a breath of fresh air and exactly the motivation I need to get through the rest of this week. I have already seen one student in my track time come to know the Lord, and after the response at tonight’s worship service, I’m confident many more will have similar stories to share tomorrow. Father is so at work in PCB this week.

Pray for my sweet friend Tyler in the next few days. He came to camp knowing that his grandmother only had a few days left on earth. She has lived longer than anyone anticipated, and he is expecting her death at any second. We spent some time in prayer this afternoon and he shared that he was struggling to be fully present because he knows God still has something to teach him here. Pray for comfort and peace for Tyler and his family.

There is so many other things I want to share. Stay tuned…
